Win a break for two and watch the Torch Relay in Norfolk

The competition is now closed, congratulations to our winner, Janette Wilson.

The Torch Relay is in Norfolk on 4 and 5 July. On 4 July, the Torch Relay heads along the A148 from King's Lynn to Fakenham, Holt and Cromer on the North Norfolk Coast, passing through South Wootton and West and East Rudham. At Cromer it turns south via Aylsham and arrives in Norwich for a special celebration event during the evening.

On 5 July, the Torch Relay moves east out of Norwich to Acle and Filby in the Broads, before going through the centre of Great Yarmouth and out of the county into Suffolk. For more information see www.torchrelay.norfolk.gov.uk.

One lucky winner will be able to choose two nights bed & breakfast on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 July at the Briarfields Hotel www.briarfieldshotelnorfolk.co.uk at Titchwell, or The Lodge at Old Hunstanton www.thelodgehunstanton.co.uk, both located on the North West Norfolk Coast. Accommodation is for two people sharing in king size doubles or twins.

Briarfields at Titchwell is a coastal gem, nestling between RSPB Titchwell Marsh nature reserve and Royal West Norfolk golf course. The hotel overlooks the beach at Brancaster. It's a great place to relax, but there are plenty of outdoor activities on offer. Take in the stunning views out to sea from the hotel's terrace and explore the Norfolk Coast Path using the local Coasthopper bus for your return journey.

The Lodge at Old Hunstanton, in the heart of Hunstanton's old village, is a pub with luxury accommodation. The Lodge is a short walk from Old Hunstanton beach, coastal walks and Old Hunstanton Golf Course and close to The Queen's Sandringham Estate.

Also included in the prize:

  • A voucher for £25 towards a meal at The Lord Nelson Burnham Thorpe, www.nelsonslocal.co.uk. Admiral Nelson was born in Burnham Thorpe in 1758. He drank in the pub, which was originally called The Plough, but was renamed the Lord Nelson in his honour after The Battle of the Nile in 1798.
  • Free entry to Pensthorpe Wildlife and Gardens www.pensthorpe.com near Fakenham. Pensthorpe was home to BBC Springwatch (2008-10) and continues to captivate visitors with its unique surroundings and thousands of bird, plant and wildlife species who call it home.
